DESCRIPTION
Le Broyeur Universel de Laboratoire (FNG00) est le plus petit des broyeurs de la gamme FNG. Usiné dans la masse et construit en acier inox 316L mécano soudé, il est destiné aux petites installations de broyage en laboratoire. Le F00 a été conçu pour pouvoir être installé sur une paillasse. Le moteur et la transmission de ce broyeur sont totalement cartérisés. Plus petit, plus compact, il possède malgré tout les mêmes caractéristiques qu'un broyeur Forplex Nouvelle Génération : variateur de vitesse, changement de plateau aisé, etc.
PRINCIPES DE FONCTIONNEMENT
The product is fed at the centre of the mill. Grinding is achieved by impact and by projection between the grinding tools on the rotor, which rotate at a high speed, and the fixed tools. The fineness of the processed material may be adjusted according to the type and dimensions of the holes in the removable sieving screen.
