DESCRIPTION
Le Broyeur de Laboratoire et de R&D (BLX) est une évolution du broyeur F00. Le corps du broyeur est usiné dans la masse afin d'éviter toute rétention de produit. Il peut être implanté sous diverses formes selon les besoins : placé sur une plate-forme mobile,ou enfermé dans un caisson d'inertage mobile.
Le BLX permet le traitement de produits à haut risque d'explosion ou de combustion instantanée au contact de l'oxygène (Certificat ATEX).
PRINCIPES DE FONCTIONNEMENT
The product is fed at the centre of the mill. Grinding is achieved by impact and by projection between the grinding tools on the rotor, which rotate at a high speed, and the fixed tools.The fineness of the processed material may be adjusted according to the type and dimensions of the holes in the removable sieving screen.
